Opened in July 2011 in downtown Richmond, La Parisienne Bistro and Café is the first venture for owner Ali Benhamed and Chef Cedric Payne. They are proud to offer traditional French and Belgian cuisine reminiscent of the classic bistros one would find throughout the beautiful city of Paris.
